Sean Neal

Sean brings extensive experience to The Dan Company, spanning both residential and commercial construction. Following a 12-year tenure in the US Army, Sean began his construction journey in the early 1990s as a general laborer. Over the past 25 years, he has climbed the ranks from foreman to superintendent and project manager roles. Sean has led numerous remodels and custom builds in residential settings and, for the last 15 years, has overseen the inception and execution of various commercial projects from their initial stages. When Sean leads your project, rest assured, your best interests are his top priority. Outside of construction, he finds joy in quality time with his wife, adult children and grandsons. He also indulges his passion for mechanics by working on motors and fine-tuning his hotrod.
