Field Coordinator Assistant for Residential Remodeling
$25 an hour

What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Positive attitude
- Ability to complete tasks on a deadline
- Willingness to learn and perform new skills as needed for each project
- Desire to work for a company where the individual’s contribution has significant impact on the success of the team as a whole
Job Requirements:
- Must be capable to perform tasks required throughout the day
- Turning in daily paperwork
- Must be presentable, according to company standards
- Remodeling experience is a must
- Skilled in jobsite logistics and safety
- Experience in customer relations
- Communicate scopes of work and inputting addresses in schedule
- Material running, dump runs, coordinating with construction crews
- Heavy and thorough prepping of job sites
- Assisting of small handyman jobs and warranty work
- Job site photos on each job site visit
- Assisting of shop and yard maintenance

Project Manager
$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
The Dan Company has open opportunities! We are a high-end residential renovation company and are currently hiring for an experienced Project Manager who is interested in delivering high quality, boutique services to our clients.
What we’re looking for:
- 12+ years of experience in residential construction
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Ability to complete tasks on a deadline
- Willingness to learn and perform new skills as needed for each project
- Desire to work for a company where the individual’s contribution has significant impact on the success of the team as a whole
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience utilizing technology for project management is a must
- Meticulous and organized
- Ability to communicate well within the company and with clients
- Problem solver
Job Requirements:
- Must be capable of performing a high volume/variety of tasks required throughout the day
- Turning in daily paperwork and weekly progress reports to upper management
- Must be presentable according to company standards
- Experience required in framing, trim carpentry, and handyman skills
- Remodeling experience is a must
- Basic knowledge of all trades
- Ability to read and implement architectural plans and spot problems during build
- Skilled in job site logistics
- ability to put together and track supply take-offs
- Experience in customer relations
- Light estimating work for change orders, etc.
- Responsible for submitting permits, when applicable
Position includes: vehicle allowance and gas card.Health Insurance and Supplemental Insurance benefits are available after a 60-day introductory period.
10 days paid time off after a 60-day introductory period.
