Carlos Manzanilla

Carlos brings a passion for craftsmanship and a strong foundation in design to his role as a Field Coordinator Assistant. Currently pursuing an Applied Science Degree in Architectural Design Technology at Nashville State Community College, he pairs his education with hands-on experience in carpentry, cabinetry, and remodeling. His love for the construction process shines through in every project, especially as he watches ideas transform into finished spaces built with care and precision. Originally from Venezuela, Carlos grew up speaking Spanish and carries with him a strong work ethic and disciplined approach to everything he does. He’s known for being responsible, active, and detail-oriented, always ensuring the job is done right. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him staying active on the volleyball or tennis court, channeling the same energy and focus he brings to his craft.
