Mi-Linh Silva

Mi-Linh brings a strong background in accounting and administration, backed by a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and experience in construction accounting. After earning her degree, she launched her career immediately after college, gaining valuable experience across multiple industries before joining The Dan Company. She enjoys taking on new challenges, finding solutions, and watching projects come together from start to finish. Known for her positive attitude and organized approach, she is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever she’s needed and takes pride in helping the team succeed.

Her favorite memory is taking a week-long cruise with her two siblings, a trip filled with laughter, adventure, and unforgettable moments. Outside of work, she enjoys testing her problem-solving skills in escape games, traveling to new places, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.
