Sylvan Park Style: Kitchen and Deck Addition

What We Did: We worked with Stacy Kramer Designs and Debbie Miller Drafting Service to develop the architectural plans. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the seating area, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. Natural light pours in through the new windows installed at one end, enhancing the space. Exposed beams and vaulted ceilings contribute to the room’s expansive feel, complementing the surrounding contemporary design elements. The kitchen features a gas stove, a stainless steel range hood, and a barn sink, while the deck is designed for entertaining. Additionally, we incorporated a small bar area and a wine fridge into the kitchen. We also finished out the basement (not pictured) where the clients now enjoy the additional square footage of a bonus TV room with accent built-ins that cover the long wall of the new room below the kitchen.
